40W 12V solar panel with 5m cable

This 40W monocrystalline solar panel is highly efficient and waterproof, making it perfect for permanent outdoor use. It provides free electricity for charging 12V batteries to power various applications in camper vans, motorhomes, boats, sheds, farms, and remote applications such as telecommunications or monitoring equipment. It can also be used to supply power for applications not sensitive to changes in input voltage or current, such as electric motors or pumps. 

The panel is equipped with 5m of special solar cable that can work at high roof temperatures with minimal power losses. It comes with a pair of male/female MC4 connectors crimped on the end of the cable for easy connection to other solar panels, your existing system, or a 2.5mm extension cable. You can also wire it to the screw terminals of a solar charge controller by cutting off the MC4 connectors. The long-lasting, high-efficiency monocrystalline solar cells and tough, sealed aluminum frame ensure years of consistent, free power. The waterproof design allows for use in all weather conditions.

This panel features innovative 5 busbar solar cells, which are more efficient than 2, 3, or 4 busbar solar cells used in most other solar panels, and are able to extract more power from the same surface area. This results in a smaller overall solar panel, ideal for applications with limited space. These solar cells are also the best choice for applications in warmer climates, as they operate well even in high ambient temperatures.

The product is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty provided by Photonic Universe. They will repair or replace defective items at their discretion. In addition, solar cells are guaranteed to produce at least 90% of nominal power in 10 years after purchase and at least 80% of nominal power in 25 years after purchase. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of solar cells.

Installation:

This solar panel is not supplied with an installation manual as it needs to be connected to further devices such as a solar charge controller or inverter, which are supplied with a manual.
