Product Details
MPPT Technology: This solar charge controller utilizes advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to optimize the power output of solar panels, adjusting for changes in sunlight exposure and temperature. This technology ensures maximum efficiency for your solar system and performs better than standard PWM solar controllers. Another advantage of MPPT technology is its wide solar input voltage range. This controller can work with standard off-grid 12/24V solar panels as well as high voltage or multiple panels with voltage up to 150V. The maximum combined input solar power allowed for this controller is 130W for a 12V battery system or 260W for a 24V system. This controller significantly improves the efficiency of a solar system when the solar panel voltage is much higher than the battery voltage (for example, charging a 12V battery with a 36V solar panel). Full system protection: This charge controller includes a comprehensive set of electronic protection functions. These functions include stopping reverse current at night (from the battery back to the solar panel), automatic cut off to prevent over-charging and deep discharge, solar panel overvoltage, overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity protection. The controller also has self-diagnostic capability and will identify any system errors using advanced fault-targeting technology. Remote meter/display: The controller is equipped with a remote LCD meter with a 5m cable.
Please take note of the following information about the solar charge controller and the remote meter. The solar charge controller is equipped with a meter that can display various charging parameters such as voltage, current (separately for solar panel / load), and the state of charge of the battery. It can also record accumulated charge and discharge energy, as well as minimum and maximum voltage. You have the option to use standard factory settings or personalized settings, which allow you to have greater control over your solar system. If you choose personalized parameters, you can:
1. Amend the battery type and capacity
2. Select charging volts for different charging stages
3. Specify the duration of each charging stage
4. Create a user-defined battery type with charging parameters specific to your battery (if the pre-existing options are unsuitable)
5. Personalize the load settings, such as setting timers for lighting, fans, and pumps
Additional features of the controller include its compatibility with sealed, gel, flooded, or user-defined lead acid batteries, and its ability to automatically recognize 12/24V battery systems. It also has a current limiting function (10A) and can work with more solar panels in the future. For more information about this product, you can click on the "Details and Specifications" tab.
