RS485 to USB cable to connect a waterproof solar charge controller to a PC / computer (5m length)

This 5m RS485 to USB cable is designed for connecting a waterproof solar charge controller to your PC / laptop for remote monitoring and personalisation of your solar system via a special software which is free to download and use (suitable for Windows operating system only). The cable is designed for use with any PU**24BW series waterproof solar controller or SWD-FWP-**M series folding solar kits, and plugs directly into the communications port on the solar controller with a specialised waterproof connector. By using this cable to set up a connection between your solar charge controller and a special software programme on your PC or laptop, you will be able to monitor various charging parameters such as voltage, current (separately for solar panel / load), battery state of charge, etc. You will also be able to?ÿaccess energy counters such as?ÿaccumulated?ÿcharge and?ÿdischarge energy,?ÿas well as min / max voltages. The 5m length and waterproof connector allow the cable to be left connected to the solar controller while it is in use, with the PC or laptop safely away from outside weather conditions. In addition, you will also unlock a range of exclusive settings for your controller;?ÿgiving you?ÿfar greater control over your solar system.
