MT-90 gear oil is a modern high performance premium product manufactured from a blend of synthetic oil, sheer stable viscosity index improvers and a multipurpose extreme pressure additive package. It offers high levels of performance when compared to straight mineral oil whilst being compatible with mineral oils which enables it to be simply used as a replacement product on a drain and fill basis.
Safe for boxes containing brass synchronisers.
Eliminates notchy shifting, even when cold.
Suitable for use where GL-1, GL-3, and GL-4 specifications are required, as well as where most special synchromesh fluids are called for.
Includes friction modifiers to allow synchronizer ring to engage easily.
Can be used in applications where 75W, 80W and 80W/90 grades are specified meaning you need to keep less oil in stock!!
