The solar controller described features two independent load outputs that are designed to provide consistent and low-ripple power for running equipment. Each of the two outputs can be set to 12V or 24V independently using a simple toggle-switch, irrespective of the battery voltage. This allows for the operation of sensitive equipment like CCTV or telecommunications, as well as multiple appliances with a mix of 12V and 24V inputs from a single off-grid system without requiring additional converters or stabilizers.

The controller utilizes Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to track the maximum power voltage point of solar panels, ensuring maximum efficiency of the solar system. It supports a wide solar input voltage range and can work with multiple panels with voltage up to 100V. The maximum combined input solar power allowed for this controller is 390W for a 12V battery system or 780W for a 24V system. It significantly increases efficiency when charging a battery with a higher voltage solar panel.

In terms of protection, the controller includes features such as reverse current prevention at night, automatic cut off to prevent over-charging and deep discharge, solar panel overvoltage, overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity protection. It also has self-diagnostic capability and highlights system errors using advanced fault-targeting technology.

The controller is compatible with various types of batteries, including lithium batteries, sealed/AGM, or gel lead acid batteries. It supports custom charging voltages for user-defined battery types.

Other features include independent load outputs, current limiting function (30A), multiple connectivity options, and advanced communication technology for monitoring and adjusting charging parameters and controller settings. This can be done through a mobile app or computer program, and there's an option to create a user-defined battery type with charging parameters specific to the user's battery. Additionally, it has a socket for connecting a remote temperature sensor to optimize the charging process.
