    This solar charge controller utilizes advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to track the optimal power voltage point of solar panels, which varies based on sunlight exposure and temperature. This technology ensures maximum efficiency for your solar system and surpasses standard PWM solar controllers. MPPT technology also offers a wide solar input voltage range, allowing the controller to work with standard off-grid 12/24V solar panels as well as multiple panels with voltage up to 100V. The maximum combined input solar power allowed for this controller is 130W for a 12V battery system or 260W for a 24V system. Notably, this controller significantly boosts the efficiency of a solar system where the solar panel voltage exceeds the battery voltage (e.g. charging a 12V battery with a 36V solar panel).


    System Protection:

    This charge controller is equipped with a comprehensive set of electronic protection functions to ensure maximum efficiency of your solar system. These functions include:

    - Reverse current prevention at night (from the battery back to the solar panel)

    - Automatic cutoff to prevent over-charging and deep discharge

    - Solar panel overvoltage, overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity protection

    - Self-diagnostic capability to identify and address system errors using advanced fault-targeting technology


    Lithium Battery Charging:

    The controller is compatible with lithium batteries when a lithium battery charging program is selected using PC software or a mobile app.


    Advanced System Monitoring:

    The controller automatically recognizes 12/24V battery systems. It has a built-in LCD screen that displays real-time charging parameters such as voltage, current (separately for solar panel/load), battery state of charge, accumulated charge, and discharge energy. Easy-to-use buttons allow the user to manually select the battery type (sealed, flooded, or gel) and program load settings such as timers for lighting, fans, pumps, etc. Additionally, a current limiting function (10A) enables the possibility of adding more solar panels to the solar system in the future.


    Multiple Connectivity Options:

    This model offers advanced communication technology, providing multiple connectivity options for monitoring and programming parameters for the solar charge controller:

    1) The controller can be connected to a remote meter MT50 with an LCD screen to display system performance information and allow manual adjustment of parameters and load settings.

    2) The controller can be connected to a Wi-Fi module to create a Wi-Fi network, enabling monitoring or adjustment of charging parameters and controller settings through a free mobile app (available for Android and iOS users), including setting the charging parameters for lithium batteries.

    3) An RJ45 to USB cable can be used to connect the controller directly to a PC/laptop, where parameters and settings can be monitored and adjusted using a free computer program - Solar Station Monitor (compatible with Windows-based PCs and laptops). When using the RJ45 to USB cable, the user also has the option to create a user-defined battery type with charging parameters specific to their battery (if the pre-existing options are unsuitable) and to set the charging parameters for lithium batteries.

    Please take note of the following information. By using one of the communication methods provided, users will have access to the standard charging parameters displayed on the built-in LCD screen, as well as additional details such as minimum/maximum voltages, temperature, protection cut-off voltages, diagnostics, and more. If necessary, users can also adjust the battery capacity, set charging volts for different stages, specify the duration of each charging stage, create a custom battery type with specific charging parameters, and more. Furthermore, in addition to the built-in temperature sensor and intelligent heat-dissipating design, there is a socket for connecting a remote temperature sensor, which can be attached to the battery for more precise temperature measurements and optimized charging.
