This wind charge controller is designed to charge 12V lead acid batteries using energy generated from wind turbines. It converts AC three-phase output from a wind generator into DC output to charge the battery or battery bank. The controller has dual safety protection to protect the battery and the wind turbine. It automatically applies braking to the turbine when the battery is full to prevent overcharging and also in high wind speeds to prevent damage to the turbine. The controller is waterproof (IP67 rated) and suitable for outdoor mounting. It includes LED indicators to display the current mode, system connection status, and wind generator rotation speed.
