20A 24V Intelligent automatic multi-stage mains battery charger

This 20A 24V automatic multi-stage mains battery charger is designed to safely and efficiently charge a 24V battery bank from a mains power source (220-240V AC). It features an advanced 7-stage charging process for faster and more efficient charging, while also eliminating the risk of voltage fluctuations. The charger can handle a single 24V battery or multiple 24V batteries connected in parallel, as long as they are the same type, capacity, and age. It is compatible with Lead Acid batteries, including AGM, Gel, and Wet cell batteries.

- Safe unattended charging: The unit has inbuilt safety functions to protect against DC short circuit, overheating, and overcharging, allowing for unattended automatic charging. The charging voltage is free from peaks, offering smooth uninterrupted charging.

- Continued charging during battery use: The charger operates while energy is drawn from the battery during use and maintains the charge if the battery is already at full capacity.

- Boost-charging feature: This preliminary charging stage can improve battery condition and recover lost capacity from older batteries, increasing battery life and preventing premature battery failure.

- Dead battery recovery: The desulphation stage can break down sulfation that occurs in batteries left flat for extended periods of time, returning them to full charge.

- Automatic temperature control: The inbuilt fan is automatically enabled when a high temperature or charging current is detected to maintain an optimal internal temperature.

- LCD Display: Displays vital information regarding the charging process, such as charging voltage, charging current, and different charging stages. LED lights also indicate the battery type.

- Power pack function: Can provide a direct supply of power to a 24V load (e.g., 24V fridge) with no battery connected (e.g., during battery replacement).

- Supplied with a 1.5m mains AC cable with a UK 3-pin plug, 1 x 0.5m DC battery cable, and spare fuses.
