    10A Solar Panel Charge Controller/Regulator 12/24V for Camper/Caravan/Boat

This high-quality, brand new, powerful 10A 12V/24V solar charge controller is designed to protect batteries while charging them, with automatic cut-off to prevent overcharging and deep discharge. The controller uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology, which increases charge acceptance and prolongs the life of your battery. Often, PWM technology can recover some lost battery capacity. This controller stops reverse current at night (from the battery back to the solar panel) so your battery won't lose any charge. It has many other protection functions such as overcharge/discharge, overload, short circuit, overheating, etc.

This controller comes with various features, including LED indicators, a temperature sensor, and a "load on/off" button. One of its key benefits is its small size at only 14 x 7cm. It is compatible with sealed, gel, and flooded batteries by default, but can also work with a user-defined battery type (please note that changing the battery type from default requires one of the listed communication methods).

The controller can handle up to 160W (12V battery) / 320W (24V battery) of solar power input, making it suitable for small or medium solar PV systems with a battery and load, such as those in campervans or boats.

This solar charge controller comes with advanced communication technology that allows you to monitor and program parameters in multiple ways:

    1) You can connect the controller to a remote meter MT50 with an LCD screen, which lets you view system performance information and manually adjust parameters and load settings.

    2) You can connect the controller to a Wi-Fi module to create a Wi-Fi network. This allows you to monitor or adjust charging parameters and controller settings through a free mobile app on your mobile phone or tablet.

    3) You can use an RJ45 to USB cable to connect the controller directly to your PC or laptop. This allows you to monitor and adjust parameters and settings using a free computer program called Solar Station Monitor (available only for Windows-based PCs and laptops).

By using one of these communication methods, you can access various charging parameters such as voltage, current (separately for solar panel and load), battery state of charge, accumulated charge and discharge energy, min/max voltage, and other information. You can also amend the battery type and capacity, set charging volts for different charging stages, specify the duration of each charging stage, create a user-defined battery type with specific charging parameters, personalize the 'load' settings (e.g. set timers for lighting, fans, pumps), and more.

In addition to the built-in temperature sensor, the controller has terminals for connecting a remote temperature sensor, which can be attached directly to the battery to measure the battery temperature more precisely and optimize the charging process.
