45A solar charge controller/regulator with LCD display for 12V/24V/36V/48V battery

This solar charge controller is available in 12V/24V/36V/48V options and is equipped with an LCD display that offers advanced monitoring and programming features. It allows users full control over the charging process and the ability to adjust various charging parameters and load work mode. Unlike simpler controllers, this model enables users to program their own system settings. It uses Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology to increase battery charge acceptance and extend battery life. Additionally, PWM technology can recover some lost battery capacity.

The controller offers a complete set of electronic protection functions, including reverse current stop at night, automatic cutoff to prevent overcharging and deep discharge, as well as protections for overheating, overloading, short circuits, and reverse polarity.

It is compatible with solar panels with a combined power of up to 640W (12V battery system) / 1.28kW (24V battery system) / 1.92kW (36V battery system) / 2.56kW (48V battery system), making it suitable for large off-grid solar systems. The wide solar input voltage range of up to 96V ensures compatibility with on-grid solar modules with voltages higher than 12V/24V.

Designed for use with a single battery or battery bank (gel, sealed, or flooded) with a voltage of 12V, 24V, 36V, or 48V, the controller automatically determines the working mode.

Additional features include an LCD display with multilevel menu operation, LED indicators, a built-in temperature sensor, real-time monitoring of solar panel and battery performance, energy statistics counter, and the ability to program load work mode with a timer if needed. The controller also supports advanced communication technology, allowing users to monitor and program parameters through various methods:

1) Connection to a remote meter MT50 with an LCD screen to display system performance information and manually adjust parameters and load settings.

2) Connection to a Wi-Fi module to create a Wi-Fi network, enabling monitoring and adjustment of charging parameters and controller settings through a free mobile app for Android and iOS users.

3) Connection to a PC/laptop using an RJ45 to USB cable, allowing monitoring and adjustment of parameters and settings via a free computer program - Solar Station (compatible with Windows-based PCs and laptops only).

Using any of these communication methods, users gain access to various charging parameters such as voltage, current (separately for solar panel/load), battery state of charge, accumulated charge and discharge energy, and min/max voltage, among other information.

The system allows users to adjust the battery type and capacity, configure charging volts for different charging stages, set the duration of each charging stage, define a custom battery type with specific charging parameters if the pre-existing options are not suitable, personalize the 'load' settings (e.g. set timers for lighting, fans, pumps) and more.

In addition to the built-in temperature sensor, the controller has a pair of terminals for connecting a remote temperature sensor which can be attached directly to the battery to precisely measure the battery temperature and optimize the charging process.
